My name is Taralynn, a resident of sunny Southern California.

I utilize paint, wood, and paper and use them to create beautiful pieces of art. I have a real passion for visually appealing pieces that thrive on balance and symmetry. The onset of COVID-19 had us all in stuck in our homes, twiddling our thumbs trying to figure out what to do with ourselves. Instead of picking up a hobby of cooking and baking (don't get me wrong, I also enjoy those), I chose to pick up a paintbrush and canvas. However, I felt like paint was limiting my creativity. As a person who can't really draw anything on their own, I rely on existing shapes to help me translate the ideas in my head into physical pieces of art.

Eventually, that lead to painting pieces of wood and bringing them to life and ultimately, led to a Cricut and creating all the things that I see in my head. It not only helps me to create pieces featuring my love for geometric symmetry, but it also appeals to me love of different color combinations and mixed media. Then diamond art became a really big thing and I was harboring a deep seeded passion for something like that as well.
